bn99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, where there is a reasonable belief that the User has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, compliance or security risk to the Platform.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting bn99 support at [email protected]. Where the closure request is linked to a responsible gambling concern, you should specify this clearly so that the request is treated as a Self-Exclusion and processed accordingly, without any re-engagement communications being sent.
Upon Account closure, any outstanding Real Money balance (net of any applicable bonus adjustments) will be returned to the Player, subject to completion of KYC verification and withdrawal processing. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure unless the applicable promotion's terms specify otherwise.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use complies with all applicable local laws and regulations, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other relevant Pakistani federal or provincial legislation. bn99 does not represent that the Platform is lawful for use in Pakistan and makes no claim of licensing, endorsement or authorisation from any Pakistani governmental authority.
bn99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users — for example, through an in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
The "Effective Date" and "Last Reviewed" dates displayed at the top of this page indicate when the current version of these Terms came into force.
